Around September 2025, my university collaborated with Audio Creatures and Torpor Games, giving students of all courses and alumnis the opportunity to compose an orchestral score for a video game trailer.
We received a brief, consisting out of a short summary of the game itself and a little explanation of what the music should evoke and represent. A jury picked their top three submissions and, after revealing the winners, we had to notate our score for the orchestra and could listen to our pieces being played and recorded live by the Filmorchester Babelsberg.
